Here is the total cost based on guest size

- 150 guests: $5,745.00
- 200 guests: $6,275.00
- 250 guests: $6,685.00

Prices include all taxes and fees!

The special package prices listed below include the following:

- 12 hours of venue time
- Complete setup and teardown
- Linens for all guest tables in your chosen colors
- Full bar setup and teardown (you provide the alcohol)
- A licensed bartender
- Use of a frozen drink machine, cups, and ice
- Service staff to clear tables, take out trash, and cut cakes
- End-of-night cleanup

These prices apply to Saturday bookings. For Friday bookings, you may deduct $700.00, and for Sunday bookings, you may deduct $900.00. These prices are valid through June 2025 and apply only to new bookings.

We can also add a variety of additional services upon request, including chargers, napkins, centerpieces, buffet service, beverage service, and rentals.

Please call us for rates on different group sizes; we can accommodate parties ranging from 50 to 350 guests.

The Chateau is fully decorated, and there is no additional cost for these beautiful features, which include ceiling draping, 30 uplights, a garden gazebo with a stage, a cake canopy, a greenery wall, chandeliers, tables and chairs, setup and takedown services, ample free parking, large restrooms, access to our kitchen, and an open vendor policy.
