We love quince receptions and all of the excitement that a quince brings. We offer reception packages as a way to offer popular services and rentals at a bundled price. Also, we totally encourage DIY touches and personalizing our venue to reflect your own sense of style. The background package and table top package are both popular additions that can cover most of your reception decorating needs. The packages are very easy to customize and decorate to your liking. Guest Table Decor

We have packages will give you everything you'll need to make a beautiful guest table that is in harmony with your menu. Learn more about guest table decor options.


Background Decor

Using backgrounds are great additions to draw focus and greatly enhance head tables, ceremony areas, and wedding cake tables. Learn more about background options.



You can choose who brings in your food. Food often You can decide on your favorite caterer, restaurant delivery, or food that is prepared by family and friends. We can back up restaurants or family members with wait staff and bussers, if you choose. We do not cater or provide food.


Open Vendor Policy

We have an open vendor policy that gives you the freedom to choose the vendors that best suits your needs. You are free to negotiate with all of your reception vendors and make your very best deal.



You may bring in your own alcohol. We do not hold a liquor license. The alcohol must be served from behind our bar and cannot be set out on the guest tables. Chateau bartenders will serve all alcohol as this is what is needed to manage our insurance premiums. More about the bar and bartenders.

Booking Highlights

Sat events include 12 hours of venue rental time. Weekend events end at 1 am and venue empty by 2 am.

Fri & Sun events include 10 hours of venue rental time.

Mon - Thurs events include 8 hours of venue rental time.


Book the Date

An $800 deposit holds and officially books your date. All of the booking deposit goes toward your balance.
