Enjoy a fully equipped bar experience that includes a professional bartender (up to 4 hours of service), a bar back as needed, and all essential bar supplies. Your package also covers one hour of setup and one hour of clean-up.
We provide all bar disposables and supplies, including disposable cups, ice, coolers, cocktail napkins, stirrers, and straws.
A frozen drink machine is included and can be used for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Your bartender will prepare your frozen mixes, keep the machine refilled throughout the event, and serve drinks until the mix is finished.
Alcohol - You’re welcome to bring your own alcohol for your event. Insurance requires all drinks must be served by our bartenders, and bottles of beer or liquor may not be placed on guest tables.
Bar Package Required - If serving alcohol, you must select a Bar Package, which includes a bartender, frozen drink machine, ice, coolers, cups, napkins, and stirrers.
You Supply - You are responsible for providing all alcohol, including beer, wine, champagne, and any mixers, garnishes, lemons, limes, or salt. Perishable items are not provided by the venue.
After the Event - Any leftover alcohol is yours to take. Our bartender will handle bar clean-up, including sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal.
Many of our party hosts choose to purchase kegs of beer for their guests. We can serve kegs of beer. Kegs of beer is the most economical way to provide beer.
Some of our party hosts prefer serving beer in bottles or cans. We have galvanized tubs and insulated coolers available to hold the ice and beer. We serve the bottles or cans from those tubs and keep everything iced down -- nice and cold.
Bring your favorite bottles or boxes of wine. We have wine openers.
Bring in whatever alcohol you choose.
Any alcohol that guests may bring must be kept behind the bar and served by the bartenders.
Disposable cups, ice, coolers, cocktail napkins, stirrers, and straws are provided.
We do not provide mixers, garnish, or anything perishable.
A frozen drink machine is available and can be used for alcoholic or non-alcoholic frozen drinks. It is your choice to use the machine or not.
Each side of the frozen drink machine holds 2.5 gallons.
The bartender will make your frozen drinks, refill the machine as needed, and serve your drinks until your mix runs out.
Client supplies the alcohol, mix, limes, and salt.
