1. You may bring in your own alcohol. We do not have a liquor license. The alcohol must be served by our bartenders and cannot be set out on the guest tables. Our bartenders need to serve all alcohol due to our insurance coverage.
2. If you decide on serving alcohol, you'll need the Bar Package. The bar package includes the bartender, the frozen drink machine, and ice, coolers, cups, napkins, and stirrers.
3. Client provides all alcohol, beer, wine, and champagne, along with lemons, limes, salt, mixers, and garnishes needed. We do not provide mixers, garnish, or anything perishable.
4. At the end of the night, just pack up the left over alcohol and take it with you. The Chateau bartender will clean the bar, sweep, mop, and take out the trash.
Many of our party hosts choose to purchase kegs of beer for their guests. We can serve kegs of beer. Providing kegs of beer is the most economical way to provide beer.
Some of our party hosts prefer serving beer in bottles or cans. We have galvanized tubs and insulated coolers available to hold the ice and beer. We serve the bottles or cans from those tubs and keep everything iced down -- nice and cold.
Bring your favorite bottles or boxes of wine. We have wine openers.
Bring in whatever alcohol you choose.
Any alcohol that guests may bring must be kept behind the bar and served by the bartenders.
Disposable cups, ice, coolers, cocktail napkins, stirrers, and straws are provided.

A frozen drink machine is available and can be used for alcoholic or non-alcoholic frozen drinks. It is your choice to use the machine or not.
Each side of the frozen drink machine holds 2.5 gallons.
The bartender will make your frozen drinks, refill the machine as needed, and serve your drinks until your mix runs out.
*Client supplies the alcohol, mix, limes, and salt.
The serving of alcohol by our bartenders is one of our few requirements and is not an option. This is needed to meet the building insurance policy requirements.
If you would like your bar to be open for more hours, extended bartending service is charged at the rate of $45.00 per hour.
Chateau bartenders will serve your drinks all night long. At the end of the night, the bartender will clean the bar and take out trash. For more about pricing and what we do, check out the Bartending Package.
