Special Effects & Equipment Guidelines

To keep your event smooth, safe, and stress-free, we’ve outlined a few simple guidelines. We’re always happy to coordinate directly with your DJ or vendors.

Cold Spark Fireworks

Allowed only with a licensed pyro technician and event permit. A $250 cleaning fee applies due to residue.

Dancing on the Clouds

Fully allowed — no permits required.

Fog Machines

Heated fog machines are welcome.

Confetti & Sparkle Cannons

Not permitted due to cleanup and deposit impact.

Snow & Bubble Machines

Not permitted due to safety concerns.

DJ Equipment

Video screens and specialty lighting are welcome.

Sound & Electrical Check

We recommend testing all equipment before guest arrival.
