The rental includes use of the main event space, restrooms, and other agreed-upon areas of the venue.

2. Rental Fees & Payment Terms

Retainer (non-refundable)

Remaining Balance Due
No later than 30 days prior to the event date

If payment is not received by the due date, the event may be cancelled and the retainer forfeited.

3. Changes, Cancellations & Rescheduling

• The retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Rescheduling may be considered if the original date is rebooked.

4. Alcohol Policy

• Client may provide their own alcohol.
• All alcohol must be served by a TABC-certified bartender.
• Alcohol must be delivered at least 3 hours prior to the event.
• Client is responsible for guest safety and transportation.

5. Vendors, Setup & Cleanup

• Outside vendors allowed with approval.
• Setup and cleanup must occur within scheduled time.
• Tables must be cleared throughout the event.

6. Venue Rules

• No overnight items without permission.
• No firearms without approval.
• No confetti, glitter, or similar materials.
• Flower petals and bubbles allowed outside only.

7. Liability

• Venue not responsible for lost or damaged items.
• Client responsible for damages caused by guests or vendors.

8. Weather Policy

In severe weather situations, events may be rescheduled based on availability.

9. Acceptance of Agreement

By signing below, you agree to the terms outlined above.
