Every event begins with our Basic Event package, which includes

  • Set-up and access to our venue team

Saturday rates reflect peak demand and staffing levels. Weekday and Sunday events offer the best value. Weekday and Sunday events receive the same venue, decor options, and team support—at a lower rate.

From there, you simply choose the day and customize what you’d like to add.

Bar

For guest safety and compliance, our certified bartender is required when alcohol is served.

You get one bartender, set-up and take-down, ice, frozen drink machine, cups, and napkins.

Bar service is calculated as 80% of your guest count × $3.60 per person.

We staff based on typical attendance patterns to keep costs fair and efficient.

Buffet

Includes set-up and take-down of equipment. This option includes equipment only. If you’d like staff to serve food, restock the buffet, or manage leftovers, we’re happy to help you add service staff.

Service staff - you don't worry about any cleanup

The most efficient way to have service staff - includes end of night clean-up.

5 hours of bussing, cake cutting, and trash removal - plus end of night clean-up. This is typically enough staff to keep tables clear, manage cake service, and ensure a smooth close to the evening.

End of night clean-up (only) - client cleans and busses tables

To keep your event stress-free, professional end-of-night clean-up is included as a required service. This allows you and your guests to enjoy the evening without worrying about breakdown, trash, or late-night logistics.

Clean-up crew removes trash, sweeps, and mops.

Step Three

Start with the Basic Event price, then add any rentals or services you choose to create your subtotal. Venue services fee (8.5%) and sales tax are added to total.

A signed agreement and deposit secure your date. Flexible payment schedules are available. Most selections can be adjusted as your guest count and plans come together.

Catering, DJ, photography, and floral services are not included and must arranged separately.
