Wedding Ceremony Coordinating

We plan and organize beautiful wedding ceremonies. This service is for the bride who has done a lot of the planning herself, but would like professional assistance with the wedding ceremony. We can give you the peace of mind in knowing that all of the details will come together as you envisioned. Having a coordinator on board allows you to be charming, gracious hosts, rather than frazzled, last-minute problem solvers.


Wedding Reception Coordinating

We plan and organize beautiful and memorable wedding receptions. This service is for the bride who has done a lot of the planning herself, but would like professional time management assistance with the wedding reception. You'll be able to truly enjoy every moment of your reception.


Quinceanera Reception Coordinating

Our quince coordinator can help you keep your decorating, toasts, cake cutting, speeches, dances and the tear down of your event on schedule. You'll be able to enjoy your family and guests without the stress of running around and trying to keep your event on schedule.


We are Experienced

We have experienced party coordinators that will make sure that your wedding flow smoothly. Our coordinators will assist with the coordination of vendor set up, cake cutting, handle special family needs and help with personal details. Our experience with handling weddings and quinceaneras can help take the stress out of your evening schedule.

Booking Highlights

Fri, Sat & Sun event dates include 12 hours of venue rental time. Events must end by 1 AM and building cleared by 2 AM.

Mon thru Thurs event dates include 8 hours of venue rental time.

Hold the Date

An $800 deposit holds your date. All of the booking deposit goes toward your balance.
