Event Coordinators
Want a coordinator to help you and your family during your event?  A fee of 375.00 will get you 7 hours of professional help to design a timeline and ensure that you get to enjoy your event.


Beverage Stations
We offer tea, sweet tea, lemonade, coffee, sodas and hot chocolate stations.


Plating
We can supply china or glass plating for your event.  We have very affordable plating packages complete with linen napkin.  Chargers are also available.


Staffing
We offer service staff, kitchen staff, chafing dishes, service equipment and more.


Staging
Dream of a beautiful cake table, a WOW entrance, a stunning sweetheart table?  Custom designs are available. A meeting with our designer can help you choose what you want and then we implement them on the day of your event.


Linen
Upgrades with signature sequins, lace, tulle, shantung and more are available.


Backdrops
We are known for our arches and backdrops – a backdrop behind your head table will give you the Glam factor for your wedding.  Need a beautiful arch for your ceremony? We can do it all!


Signature Bars
We can help you design signature cocktails and provide everything needed such a the garnish, sugar rimmed edges, mixers and fruit purees.  You supply the alcohol and guests will appreciate the effort! We have won awards for our beautiful champagne bars and margarita bars.


Sweetheart Tables
We rent farmhouse tables with pretty loveseats for your sweetheart table – so pretty!


Appetizers
We have won many awards for our beautiful displays of bruschetta, fruit and cheese tables, antipasta tables, nacho stations and more!  Start your event with a beautifully delicious table.


Champagne Bars
Make your champagne toast the bomb!  Fresh fruit purees, colorful sugar rims and specialty garnishes ensure that everyone wants a glass of champagne!


Sweet Treats
Award winning popcorn displays, S’mores Tables, candy tables, cheesecake bars and more.  Call for prices.


Signage
Special signs such as Welcome, Mr. and Mrs., Love and more as well as Sparkler exit signs.  Please call or email for prices.


Flowers/Centerpiece Upgrades
Gloria Parker, from Blooming Accents, is our in house florist and can provide bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, ceremony decor and centerpieces.

You may bring in your own alcohol and food vendor. You may also choose the cake baker, florist, DJ, or photo booth vendor.

Kitchenette Access

The kitchenette includes an Ice Machine, 2 Compt. Sink, Refrigerator, and Food Warmer that is available for your use.

Booking Highlights

Friday, Saturday and Sunday booking dates include 12 hours of venue rental time. Weekend events must end by 1 AM and everyone out by 2 AM. Monday thru Thursday booking dates include 8 hours of venue rental time.

An $800 deposit goes toward your total party price and holds your date. Your deposit is a part of the total cost and all of the booking deposit goes toward your balance.
