Having the buffet package is really helpful in these situations:

Restaurant Delivery

A restaurant caterer will normally deliver and serve the food, clear plates off the guest tables, and then return to their restaurant after your guests have eaten. If your buffet gets off to a late start and the restaurant staff needs to stay later than anticipated, many restaurants have additional charges.

Family Prepared

Our buffet package helps when a family chef is preparing food. Family chefs often do not have the warming chafers or the serving utensils that is needed to serve the food. Use out buffet package and your family members can bring their food in and put the food directly into the warm chafers. We provide chafers and disposable plating.

Also... we have a trained wait staff available if you need them.

We can help presenting, serving, and replenishing your menu. Our wait staff will also buss your tables.
