Our Guest Table Package is for those who want a truly gorgeous event and just want to walk into their party and be "Wowed"! We offer amazing centerpieces and we will set everything up and take everything down. You select the color scheme and style. We do the rest.

Chateau staff will do all of the Guest Table Package set-up
$8.90 per guest, plus hall rental price. 10 guests per table. This is for a guest count over 100
$10.40 per guest, plus hall rental price. 10 guests per table. This is for a guest count under 100
For the total price, take the price of the hall rental and add the price of the packages and add the 8.5% service charge for on-site management. Add tax to all but the hall rental and that is your price.

$4.45 per guest plus hall rental price - 10 guests per table - when guest count is under 100

Our on-site venue manager will be present during your reception and will ensure everything is set-up as per your final consultation as to how the room & tables are configured. The venue manager will manage contracted services but is not responsible for the set up of anything you or your vendors bring in for your party. Client is responsible to set out their own decorations and take them down, cut cakes, buss tables, and clean-up at the end of the night unless we have been specifically contracted to do that.
Client provides all alcohol, beer, wine, and champagne, along with lemons, limes, salt, mixers, and garnishes needed to serve their drink offerings. We do not provide mixers, garnish, or anything perishable.
