Corona-virus (COVID-19)

Updated on 3.24.2020

Tarrant County & the City of Fort Worth has halted gatherings of 10 or more.

Betsy Price said the order prohibiting gatherings and keeping people home will stop the spread of the disease so hospitals aren't strained.

"Everyone's lives matters no matter how old or how young you are," Price said.

The Fort Worth order is in effect until April 3, before the Tarrant County order expires. The City Council will meet Thursday to confirm the stay at home declaration. The end date may be moved back at that time.

TO OUR GUESTS,

If your event is between 3/17/2020 and 5/01/2020, our team will be reaching out to you this week with your options and available dates.

The Coronavirus (COVID-19) has impacted the lives of so many globally, we want to keep our guests as informed as possible in this ever-evolving time. The health & safety of our guests, vendors, and team members is our #1 priority in any decisions we make.

The Chateau at Forest Park has been monitoring a variety of sources including the U.S. Center for Disease Control, World Health Organization, and our National, State, and Local Authorities for the latest updates and recommendations affecting our operations. At this time, The Chateau at Forest Park will be rescheduling events from March 20, 2020 through May 1, 2020 at no additional cost following local mandates and CDC guidelines. We did not take this decision lightly and understand the impact it will have over the next few weeks for our couples, vendors, and team members.

Currently, our primary focus is on couples hosting events in the next couple of months & we will work to find resolutions for these couples. If your wedding or event is after May 1, 2020, please check our website for updates so our team members can respond to questions about weddings and events at this time. We're here and we are working around the clock to provide updates.

Thank you for your patience as we navigate this fluid situation one day at a time and determine the best way to serve you. We are not trying to be unfair to anyone.  We are all going through this together and we will work with you on anything. Staying in touch with customers is a big part of that, so feel free to call us at (817) 878-2515 if you have questions.
